FirstMerit Bank of Akron, Ohio acquired Citizens Bank of Flint, Michigan in 2013 and I became one-half of an in-house design duo. By 2015, we grew into a team of 3 graphic designers. As creatives, we persevered through the corporate boxes we were put in and became a team who created a ton of product, event and marketing collateral, user-friendly Microsoft templates, and processes and procedures we are proud of.
Creative and marketing support included:
- Internal communications: annual benefits enrollment, corporate newsletter, line of business newsletters, learning and development materials
- External communications: corporate and local event branding, client and prospect mailings, annual report, print and out of home advertising
- Product: brochures, posters, sell sheets, buckslips, statement inserts, Web elements
- In-branch: banners, buckslips, posters, branch signage
